When a previous client moved from Wella to Tag Heuer they immediately contacted us to pitch and improve their global training application. I knew we needed to understand our end client first and I started the background research. Understanding how staff wanted to learn was the key to delivering high levels of memorable material through creative media.



Education techniques
I decided that we should employ a set methodology over all modules. Each time a sales person needed to be educated on a new watch or Tag innovation we would employ our method of Educate, Demo, Apply and Consolidate.
This enabled us to always have a consistent set of requirements for content. Making it easy to plan and organise disciplines.


Using smart design systems
Over the 2 years working with Tag Heuer we implemented video, games, accompanying print and new interactive templates. Each time we built a new module it built up our back catalogue of functions to use and adapt in the next one.
